01Who is responsible for the data
Catalise.me is the controller of the personal data sent through this website. For any privacy matter, write to contato@catalise.me.
02What data we collect
When you fill out the diagnostic or contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp, monthly revenue range and, if you provide them, how you heard about Catalise.me and your message.
Along with the submission we record technical details of the request: the page it came from, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM) in the address and the date and time of submission.
The website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools.
03What we use it for
We use the data to reply to your request, assess whether the free diagnostic fits your context, schedule the conversation and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is carrying out preliminary procedures for a contract at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V).
We do not use your data to send marketing communications without your consent.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Requests are recorded in a database on the Lark platform, which acts as a processor on our behalf and may store data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the conditions of LGPD art. 33.
We may also share data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
05How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. After that, it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
06Your rights
At any time, you can request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and review of consent where consent is the legal basis (LGPD, art. 18).
To exercise these rights, write to contato@catalise.me. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
07Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the request database is restricted to the Catalise.me team. No system is fully immune to incidents; if one occurs that may cause relevant risk, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by law.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the version in force.
